Martin Seitler was awarded an open scholarship to Oxford University in 1983 after his outstanding performance in the admission examinations. He read Modern History & Economics at Pembroke College Oxford , graduating from the University in 1986 with a high 2:1.
He then trained as a chartered accountant at what is now BDO Stoy Hayward in London, and qualified after achieving first time passes in all his professional examinations in 1989.
After furthering the range of his professional experience at a medium-sized firm of accountants in Manchester – where Martin obtained his practising certificate – he went on to establish M Seitler & Co in early 1992.
The practice quickly flourished at its premises in Oxford Street, Manchester. So much so that in 2001 Martin relocated the firm to the Deva Centre, a modern complex of offices at the heart of Manchester`s professional community .
Martin still heads the firm and is assisted by 8 staff including 2 administrative support staff
